论文简要回顾了社会主义新农村建设的任务与目标、成就与问题,并针对问题择要强调了需要处理好形象工程与民心工程、单一工程与系统工程、大拆大建与保护传统、适宜生活与方便生产、乡村特色与城乡雷同、超前发展与和谐持续等系列关系,以此作为对社会主义新农村建设更加健康发展的一种展望。

This paper outlines the tasks, goals, achievements and problems in socialist new rural construction and, based on the existing problems, the re-lations are stressed between image project and people-benefit project, singular project and systematic project, mass demolishing and mass construction and tradition preservation, living and production convenience, countryside features and rural-urban singularity as well as advanced development and har-monious sustainability, which are served as a kind of prospect for the more healthy development of socialist new rural construction.
