如何抓好建筑施工现场从业人员安全教育

How to Enhance Safety Education for Practitioners in Construction Site

建筑业是一个仅次于采矿业的高危行业,每年给国家和人民生命财产造成了巨大损失。其主要原因在于:建筑施工现场从业人员多为农民工,他们大多数文化素质低、安全意识淡薄、安全技能匮乏。目前建筑施工现场对农民工的安全教育问题虽已得到重视和加强,但还是"光说不练、练而无效",没有达到安全教育的目的和意义。到底应该怎样抓好农民工的安全教育?该文结合作者在安全生产管理中的体会以及目前施工现场的现状,分析了如何抓"好"、抓"实"农民工安全教育的问题。

Construction industry is a highly dangerous one, just after mining industry, causing great loss to our country and people. And the main reason lies in the field practitioners, most of whom are migrant workers with low cultural quality and lack of safety awareness and safety skills. Nowadays the safety education for them has been strengthened, but has little effect for little practice. Combined with the author＆#39;s experience and the current construc-tion status, the issue of enhancing safety education to migrant workers is analyzed.
