摘要 分析了电镀金刚石工具的失效机理,并对影响电镀金刚石工具使用寿命的因素及其改进措施进行归纳总结,讨论了改善电镀金刚石工具性能的主要方法及其在工业生产,特别是采矿业和石材加工领域的应用情况。针对目前存在的主要问题并结合实践应用要求,提出了未来电镀金刚石工具研究和开发的重点。 The failure mechanism of electroplated diamond tools was analyzed. The factors influencing the durability of electroplated diamond tools and measures of the improvement were classfied in detail. The typical methods to improve the performance,and the application in industry such as in mining and stone processing zone of electroplated diamond tools were discussed. Based on the existing problems in the present research contracting with new demand in industrial application,some specific suggestions for the future research and development of electroplated diamond tools were proposed.
