缓蚀剂对镁基干电池负极材料电化学性能的影响研究

摘要 在电解液中添加不同含量的钼酸锂缓蚀剂,并进行了镁基干电池负极材料Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.5Co-0.2Y的XRD分析以及极化曲线和充放电性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随缓蚀剂含量增加,负极材料的腐蚀电位明显正移,但含量过高会恶化其充放电性能;充放电循环15次后,缓蚀剂含量为0、0.4%、0.5%时负极材料的放电容量衰减分别为94.8%、6.3%和21.8%;钼酸锂缓蚀剂的添加量优选为0.4%。 Different a mounts of lithium molybdate inhibitor were added in electrolyte,and the charge-discharge performance of magnesium-based battery cathode materials Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.5Co-0.2Y was analyzed by XRD and polarization curves. The results show that with the increase of the content of corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion potential of the negative electrode material is shifted positively,but the high content of the corrosion inhibitor has the deterioration effect on its charge and discharge characteristics; after 15 cycles of charge and discharge,as the content of 0,0.4%,and 0.5% corrosion inhibitor,the discharge capacity of the negative electrode material decay is 94.8%,6.3% and 21.8%,respectively. The optimal addition content of lithium molybdate inhibitor is 0.4%.
