摘要
应变诱导析出过程中应力的测量常应用弛豫法,通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,采用应力弛豫试验测定了含Nb和不含Nb取向硅钢的沉淀析出动力学PTT曲线。结果表明PTT曲线均呈现野C冶形,鼻尖温度在900~950℃。含Nb试验钢的PTT曲线比不含铌试验钢的PTT曲线偏左上方,即铌的加入加速了第二相的沉淀析出,缩短了孕育期。
The stress-relaxation method was widely used to measure strain-induced precipitation process at high temperature. The precipitation-time-temperature curves of the oriented silicon steel with and without Nb were investigated by stress relaxation method on Gleeble-3500 physical simulator. The results show that PTT curves are like 'C',the shortest precipitation temperature is at 900-950 ℃. The PTT curve of the test steel with Nb is at top left of PTT curve of the test steel without Nb. The addition of Nb can accelerate the precipitation and shorten the incubation time.
