摘要
在不同滑动速度和外加荷载参数下,对SiCP/Al复合材料干摩擦磨损性能进行研究。研究表明,随着外加荷载和滑动速度的增加,SiCP/Al复合材料的质量磨损率变化并不是单调的,而是呈现先降低后增加的趋势;另一方面,外加荷载为18 N,滑动速度为0.8059 m/s时,材料的摩擦系数最稳定,质量磨损率最小。在干摩擦磨损条件下,该复合材料的摩擦磨损机制由粘着磨损向磨粒磨损转变,最后出现严重的剥层磨损,有时还受两到三种磨损机制的共同作用。
The morphology and wear behavior were studied for SiCP/Al composite under different sliding speed,different applied loads and dry sliding condition. The results show that: the change of wear mass rate is not monotonous,which present a trend that firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of the sliding speed and applied loads. Otherwise,the most stable friction coefficient stability and the smallest wear rate of materials is noticed when sliding speed is 0.8059 m/s and applied load is 18 N. Under dry sliding condition,the friction and wear mechanism changes from adhesive wear to abrasive wear,even severely peeling wear in the end. Sometimes,two or three mechanisms are found to the dominant for SiCP/Al composite.
