雾化气体淬火残余应力的有限元模拟与实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 雾化气体淬火是一种新型的热处理工艺。本文针对45钢试件在雾化气体淬火时的应力,应用有限元软件ANSYS对其淬火过程的温度场和应力场进行耦合模拟分析,分析考虑了材料在不同温度下的热物性参数,得到了淬火后残余应力的大小与分布规律。采用钻孔法实测了试件的残余应力。对数值模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,结果表明,淬火残余应力的有限元数值模拟计算和实验结果较吻合。 Atomized gas quenching is a new type of heat treatment process. Temperature and stress coupling calculation of 45 steel specimens after atomized gas quenching was carried out by ANSYS software. Material thermal physical parameters at different temperature were considered in calculation and residual stress after atomized gas quenching was gained. The residual stress of specimens was measured by hole-drilling method. To compare the numerical simulation results with the experimental results,it shows the results are similar.
