摘要
采用室温拉伸性能测试、示差扫描量热分析、金相分析以及透射电镜分析,研究了2124铝合金热轧厚板在不同固溶温度与固溶时间处理下的拉伸力学性能、显微组织及其变化规律。结果表明:适当升高固溶温度或延长固溶时间,晶粒中未溶第二相较少,可提高合金的固溶程度,从而提高合金的强度,但过高固溶温度或过长固溶时间会使晶粒有长大的倾向,使合金的伸长率降低。根据试验结果确定了该合金的最佳固溶温度为498℃,固溶时间为80 min。
The tensile mechanical properties,microstructure and their changing rules under different solution temperatures and times of 2124 aluminum alloy hot-rolled plate were sudied by tensile properties test under room temperature,DSC,OM and TEM. The results show that by increasing solution temperature or extend the time,the solution degree of the alloy is improved,the undissolved second phase is less,thus the strength of the alloy is also improved. But too high solution temperature or too long solution time will make the grain tend to grow up and reduce the elongation of the alloy. The best solution temperature of the alloy is 498 ℃ and solution time is 80 min according to the experiment results.
