摘要
采用不同时效温度对轧制态7A04铝合金进行处理,利用金相显微镜、拉伸及冲击试验分别研究了时效温度对各试样的显微组织、第二相、断口形貌以及强度的影响。结果表明:不同时效温度条件下,轧制态7A04铝合金的组织及性能具有较大差异性;140℃时效12 h时,晶粒大小均匀,同时大量的第二相在晶内及晶界处连续分布,力学性能较高,其断口表现典型的韧性断裂。
Aging at different temperatures for rolling 7A04 aluminum alloy was carried out. Effects of aging temperature on microstructure,the second phase,fracture morphology and strength were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,tensile and impact test respectively. Experimental results show that,the microstructure and properties of rolling 7A04 aluminum alloy have large difference under the conditions of different aging temperature. When the aging temperature is 140℃ and the aging time is 12 h,the grain size is uniform,and at the same time,a large number of the second phase in the intracrystalline and dispersion around the grain boundary continuously distribute,the mechanical performance is higher,and the fracture performance of typical is mainly ductile fracture.
