摘要
利用正交试验系统研究了Cr15高铬铸铁中碳及变质剂含量(RE、V、B)、淬火温度、回火温度等因素对Cr15高铬铸铁力学性能的影响,并优化主要合金成分及热处理工艺参数。结果表明:各因素对Cr15高铬铸铁热处理后力学性能影响的大小顺序为:含碳量、回火温度、淬火温度、RE、V、B。优化合金成分结果为C=2.9%,RE=0%、V=0.3%、B=0%。最佳热处理工艺为:淬火温度980℃,保温3 h,空冷;回火温度450℃,保温3 h,空冷,对应Cr15高铬铸铁力学性能为:硬度59.8 HRC,冲击韧度9.70 J·cm-2。
Effects of six factors on mechanical properties of Cr15 high chromium cast iron were studied by orthogonal test system,which include the content of carbon,RE,V and B,quenching temperature and tempering temperature,and the main alloy composition and heat treatment process parameters were optimized. The results show that: six factors of Cr15 high chromium cast iron mechanical properties after heat treatment affect the size of the order: carbon content,tempering temperature,the quenching temperature,RE,V and B. Optimization of alloy composition results is C =2.9% and RE=0%,V=0.3%,B =0%. The best heat treatment process is: quenching temperature 980 ℃,heating 3 h,air cooling; Tempering temperature 450 ℃,heating 3 h,air cooling. The mechanical properties of Cr15 high chromium cast iron are hardness 59.8HRC,impact toughness 9.70 J·cm-2.
