摘要
采用扫描电镜、金相检验、显微硬度、化学成分分析等方法对某风力发电设备叶片螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓的断裂性质是疲劳断裂;风力发电设备运行过程中,叶片螺栓由于预紧力不一致或出现松动,导致螺栓受力不匀,受力较大的螺栓在瞬间冲击载荷下产生疲劳源,疲劳裂纹在交变载荷下不断扩展直至最终螺栓失稳断裂。
Fracture reasons of steering wheel fixing screws were investigated by means of SEM,metallographic,micro hardness,chemical composition analysis,and coefficient of friction test. Results indicate that the failure property of the bolt is hydrogen induced delayed fracture; the excessive preload and residual hydrogen are the main reasons to induce bolts hydrogen embitterment.
