摘要 肾小球滤过率是指单位时间内两肾生成滤液的量,是评估肾小球功能的理想指标,对早期肾脏损害的反映更为敏感及准确。目前临床上多采用Cockcroft-Gault公式及MDRD公式来估算肾小球滤过率水平。近年来,有多项研究发现肾小球滤过率和冠心病的发病、冠脉病变程度、对冠心病患者的危险分层、冠心病的预后有着密切关联。基于心肾疾病研究的进展,甚至有学者提出把肾小球滤过率作为一个独立的心血管疾病预测因子。了解肾小球滤过率对冠心病患者病变严重程度的反映,肾功能减退和心血管疾病相关作用的机制,对今后的医疗工作具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。本研究就肾小球滤过率和冠心病之间的关系做一综述。 Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) refers to the filtrate volume generated by kidneys per unit time. It is an ideal index to evaluate glomerular function. It is more sensitive and accurate to reflect early renal damage. At present Cockcroft-Gault formula and MDRD formula are widely used to estimate glomerular filtration rate clinically. In recent years, a number of studies have revealed that glomerular filtration rate is closely related the incidence of coronary heart disease, the degree of coronary artery involvement, risk stratification and prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Based on the recent research progress, some scholars suggest glomerular filtration rate as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Understanding the glomerular filtration rate as an indicator reflecting the severity of coronary artery disease and the mechanism of interaction between cardiovascular disease and renal function impairment will be of value to guide the clinical practice in the future. This paper reviews the relationship between glomerular filtration rate and coronary heart disease.
