二草二皮汤加减熏洗联合牵引治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Traumatic Synovitis of Knee Joint by Fumigating and Washing with Modified Ercao Erpi Decoction(二草二皮汤) and Traction

目的:观察娄多峰教授中药方二草二皮汤加减熏洗联合膝关节皮牵引治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将65例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例,治疗组给予二草二皮汤加减水煎熏洗联合膝关节皮牵引治疗,对照组给予传统石膏托外固定结合麝香壮骨膏外贴治疗,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后,观察两组疗效和疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍评分及总积分。结果:治疗组治愈10例,显效17例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率为90.91%;对照组治愈5例,显效10例,有效11例,无效6例,总有效率为81.25%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍评分及总积分均有下降(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二草二皮汤加减熏洗联合膝关节皮牵引治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective：To observe Professor LOU Duo-feng＇s method of fumigating and washing with modified Ercao Erpi Decoction（二草二皮汤） and traction in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods：65 cases of traumatic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into a treatment group（33 cases）and a control group（32 cases）.The treatment group was treated by fumigating and washing with modified Ercao Erpi Decoction and traction,while the control group were treated with conventional external plaster fixation combined with Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster（麝香壮骨膏）,10 days for a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect and scores and integrals of pain,swelling,and dysfunction were observed.Results：In the treatment group,10 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate being 90.91%;while in the control group,5 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 6 cases invalid,the total effective rate being 81.25%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Scores and integrals of pain,swelling and dysfunction decreased in the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ercao Erpi Decoction combined with traction has a significant effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
