服务型机构知识库:机构知识库的中国视角 被引量:5

摘要 传统机构知识库的"发表"价值和中国图书馆界演化出的"典藏"价值,由于中西方文化不同在中国无法体现,得不到科学家的支持。把大学用户按科学家、学校职能部门、图书馆分类,对各自需求进行分析,据此提出了"服务型"机构知识库建设模式,并确定了"典藏+服务"双核心、让"典藏"成为享受"服务"的"副产品"、通过技术手段实现机构成果的完整典藏、通过高价值服务吸引学校主要用户支持机构知识库建设的4点建设理念,归纳除了摸清机构科研学术"家底"、建设科研学术网上校史馆、打造机构成果宣传橱窗、个人科研助理、科研管理/决策支撑等5个建设目标,对服务型机构知识库核心功能和技术难点进行了分析,定义了"成果管理元数据集"和"友好期刊",给出了机构知识库分为3步实施的建议。 "Publish" of classical Institutional Repository and “archive” evolved by Chinese librarians are not recognized in China because of difference of culture. The core demand of scientist,manager, librarian is concluded. “Service style”Institutional Repository is designed, the main options include:archive+service dual core, let archive become the by-products of enjoying service, whole collection of Institutional achievement by Robot, desiderate services.The core functions and technical concerns of “Service style”Institutional Repository are listed. Achievement management metadata set and friendly journal are defined.
