摘要
机动、灵活是移动式输油管线的特性,其适用于特殊环境下油料保障。移动式管线的展开铺设与撤收速度对其机动灵活性能影响较大。通过采用GIS技术、运筹学方法以及实际经验参数,设计一套移动式输油管线展开铺设运力计算模型,定量合理安排输油管线的展开铺设计划,能够有效提高移动式输油管线的铺设撤收效率,节约人力物力成本。
Motor, flexibility is the characteristics of mobile oil pipeline, which is applicable to oil security under the special environment. Start the mobile oil pipeline laying and withdrawing velocity effects on flexible performance and more. By using GIS technology, operations research and practical experience parameters, design a set of mobile oil pipeline laying capacity calculation model of quantitative expansion, reasonable arrangement of pipeline laying plans to expand, and can effectively improve the efficiency of the laying of withdrawing the mobile oil pipeline, save the manpower cost.
