摘要
针对温度变化对于激光二极管阵列工作稳定性及出光波长的影响,提出一种基于TEC和PID算法的温度控制方案。利用单片机ATmega8以及PWM控制的优点,设计了温控电路,然后通过PID算法实现了激光二极管阵列工作温度的精确控制。实验结果表明,该温控电路可以使温度控制精度达到±0.2℃,能保证激光二极管阵列稳定工作。
Considering the influence of changing temperature to the stability of Diode Pumped Laser (DPL), a temperature controlling scheme was proposed which was based on TEC and PID arithmetic. Using the advantages of MCU ATmega8 and PWM control, the temperature controlling circuit was designed, and then precise control of the laser diodes' operation temperature was realized through PID arithmetic. The result showed that the temperature controlling circuit was able to make the precision reach to ±0.2℃, which ensures the stable operation of laser diodes.
