uCOSⅡ操作系统下桥式起重机轨距偏差检测装置设计与实现

摘要 针对桥式起重机轨距测量费时费力,测量自动化程度低的问题,设计并实现了一种新型轨距自动化检测装置。该装置以MC9S12XS128单片机为核心,通过长距激光传感器与微距激光传感器检测相应的相对轨距偏差,从而由单片机处理得出轨距实际偏差值;在软件设计中引入uCOSⅡ实时操作系统,确保了装置的稳定性与实时性,从而达到在现场对桥式起重机轨距偏差自动连续测量和不合格点定位的目的。应用结果表明,该测量装置达到了设计要求,具有实用性和推广价值。 In order to solve the problem of bridge crane gauge measurement wasting time and energy, low degree of automation, it is proposed a novel automatic detection device for gauge measurement. The device with microcontroller MC9S12XS128 as the core detects relative gauge deviation by one long distance and two microspur laser sensors, and then gets actual gauge deviation by the microcontroller. Use real-time operating system uCOSII in software to insure the stability and real-time of the device. Therefore, it can accomplish the automatic continuous gauge deviation measurement of bridge crane and to position nonconformity points. The field response showed that the device reached the design requirement with practicability and promotional value.
