摘要
为了发展南京地区中药材栽培产业,引进和推广桔梗优良品系,对我们前期研究获得的同源四倍体桔梗优良品系进行了生理、生化指标的测定和评价。通过测定并比较2年生、3年生桔梗2倍体和4倍体品系的4项主要生理、生化指标,为桔梗多倍体优良品系的选育,评价提供依据。试验结果表明:无论2年生、3年生的桔梗植株,同源四倍体桔梗品系的叶绿素含量、APX、POD和SOD的生理生化指标均比对应的2倍体明显提高,同源四倍体桔梗品系生长代谢更旺盛,预计有更好的生物产量、抗逆性和代谢产物积累活性。该实验建立的4倍体桔梗的生理生化指标的测定和评价方法,对其他中药材优良品种的选育和评价具有重要的参考价值。
With a view to develop the production of Chinese medicine materials in Nanjing area and to screen superior variety of Platycodon grandiflorum,four physiological and biochemical indexes were detected and evaluated in 2-3 years growth plant materials of Autotetraploid of Platycodon grandiflorum. The obtained results indicated that chlorophyll content,and APX,POD and SOD index of Autotetraploid superior line were much higher than that in diploidy plants of Platycodon grandiflorum,both in 2-3 years old plant.On the other hand,Autotetraploid lines of Platycodon grandiflorum were full of vigour and vitality,which means that Autotetraploid lines will have high biological yield,more resistance and high metabolites production. The established method in the determination and evaluation of chlorophyll content,and APX,POD and SOD index will have application valuae in the breeding superior varieties and evaluation of other medicinal plants.
