羊栖菜活性多糖的提取与生物活性研究进展 被引量:15

Research Progress of Extraction and Biological Activities in Polysaccharides from Sargassum Fusiforme

摘要 通过检索查阅国内外近年来发表的有关羊栖菜多糖的文献资料,对羊栖菜多糖的提取分离纯化方法、生物活性以及作用机制,进行了归纳评价。目前羊栖菜多糖提取方法主要有水浸提法、酸浸提法、超声波提取法、Ca Cl2抽提法、微波法和酶解结合加压法等。研究表明羊栖菜多糖具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化、调节免疫等生物活性。采用Sevage法、Sevage法与酶结合消化去蛋白法、阴阳离子交换树脂法、Sephadex G-200葡聚糖凝胶分离法、Sephadex G-100葡聚糖凝胶等方法进行纯化,可分离得到具有生物活性的多糖成份;但羊栖菜多糖的提取缺乏有效的工程放大手段和方法,因此,在确保羊栖菜多糖的活性基础上,应用现代化提取技术,开发规模化工业生产工艺是其未来的研究方向;羊栖菜多糖的多种生物活性在功能性食品、医药产品领域开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。 By collecting and searching the literatures about polysaccharides from Sargassum Fusiforme published recently both at home and abroad the extraction and purification methods and the main medicinal activity of SFPS were described. The main techniques include water extraction,acid extraction,ultrasonic extraction Ca Cl2 extraction,and microwave-assisted enzyme,high pressure method and so on. Studies have shown that SFPS has some biological activities as follows: anti-tumor,anti-blood fat,anti-oxidation,and regulation of the immune. Several methods including sevage method,sevage-assisted enzyme method to remove the protein,ion exchange resin chromatography,sephadex G-200 gel chromatography and sephadex G-100 gel filtration can lead to good polysaccharides product with biological activity. But the effective method on SFPS extraction engineering scale-up is lacked. Therefore,based on the SFPS activity,the application of modern extraccion technique to develop large-scale industrial production process is the future research direction. The biological activities in the SFPS have application prospects in the development of functional foods and pharmaceutical products field.
