中药治疗糖尿病及其易感性的研究进展

中药在治疗糖尿病问题上有着独特的思路。其不但能够达到调节血糖的作用,还能增强患者的免疫功能。中药治疗糖尿病主要机制有:改善胰岛β细胞功能,抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡;促进胰岛素分泌,抑制胰高血糖素分泌,调节糖脂代谢;通过提高胰岛素受体数目和受体亲和力来增强胰岛素敏感性;抑制糖异生;降低机体自由基的生成,增强抗氧化能力,改善微循环;提高免疫功能,降低或延缓并发症的发生与发展;改善胰岛素抵抗。从中药有用成分角度分析,重要的是在于功能增强免疫。并且结合某些糖尿病并发症,以由糖尿病引起的视网膜病变、糖尿病引起的肾病、糖尿病引起的周围神经病变和糖尿病引起的心血管疾病为例。讨论中药在并发症方面的研究进展,最后提出了治疗糖尿病增强免疫的有效中药成方及食物。

The main mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes are： improvement of islet β-cell function,inhibition of pancreatic β cell apoptosis; promote insulin secretion,inhibit glucagon secretion,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism; by increasing the number of insulin receptors and receptor affinity to enhance insulin sensitivity; inhibit gluconeogenesis; reduce the generation of free radicals in the body,enhance antioxidant capacity,improve microcirculation; improve immune function,reduce or delay the occurrence and development of complications; improve insulin resistance. It is an important way to enhance the immune useful components from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. And are incorporated some of the complications of diabetes medicine research progress in discussions of complications,mainly caused by diabetic retinopathy,kidney disease caused by diabetes,peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes and diabetes-induced cardiovascular disease.Finally,the treatment of diabetes effectively enhance the immune recipe medicine and food.
