职业认同视域下辅导员道德发展研究 被引量:3

摘要 辅导员道德发展的逻辑起点是其职业,辅导员道德发展的根源来自辅导员的职业认同。文章从国家政策、学校精神文化、辅导员个体等宏观、中观、微观层面分析影响辅导员道德发展的因素,提出以制度安排的他律和以道德养成、道德反思的自律相结合的手段促进辅导员道德发展。
