摘要
采用生物信息学相关分析软件和比较基因组学方法,对山羊Pit-1基因序列和氨基酸序列进行理化性质、磷酸化、卷曲螺旋和结构特征以及功能分类等进行预测。结果表明:山羊Pit-1蛋白含有磷酸化位点、跨膜结构域和卷曲螺旋结构,α-螺旋和无规则卷曲是其二级结构的主要构件,为深入研究Pit-1的转录及调控功能提供有意的理论参考。
Physicochemical property, phosphorylation, coiled coil, architectural feature and functional classification of goat Pit-1 gene and amino acid sequence were analyzed and predicted by bioinformatics software and comparative genomics in our study. The results indicated that goat Pit-1 protein involve in phosphorylation site, transmembrane domain and coiled-coil do- main. The study could provide meaningful theoretical reference for further research on Pit-1 transcription and regulation func- tions.
