摘要
围绕黄淮海夏玉米区核心种质郑58、昌7-2改良的6类模式,以昌7-2/LX9801、昌7-2/78599、昌7-2/PH4CV、郑58/PH6WC、郑58/78599、郑58/K22的F1代为基础材料,探讨诱导系EMK-1在不同遗传背景下的诱导率,同时在河南省新乡地区进行单倍体的分期播种试验,研究当地生态条件对单倍体自然加倍的影响,为单倍体育种提供理论依据。结果表明,外引诱导系EMK-1对郑58种质的诱导率(平均8.08%)高于昌7-2(平均5.11%),对郑58/78599的F1代单倍体的诱导率最高(9.24%)。播期对单倍体自然加倍率的影响显著,在新乡地区3月30日—4月13日种植单倍体,自然加倍率较高。
Haploid inducing ratio of a foreign inducer EMK-1 for six hybrid combinations which were de-veloped by Chang 7-2/LX9801, Chang 7-2/78599, Chang 7-2/PH4CV, Zheng 58/PH6WC, Zheng 58/78599 and Zheng 58/K22 was determined in Huanghuaihai region,and haploid stage seeding experiments were set in Xinxiang,Henan province to study the effect of local ecological conditions on the natural dou-bling of haploids.The results showed that when the females were Zheng 58’ s improved lines,the average inducing ratio was 8.08%,if they were Chang 7-2’s improved lines,the number was 5.11%.The combi-nations from Zheng 58 and 78599 lines had the best inducing ratio of 9.24%.Sowing date had a signifi-cant effect on natural doubling effect of maize haploid,and It would be a better option for planting hap-loids between March 30th and April 13th,when the natural doubling rate was high.
