Change of Fruit and Sugar Accumulation during Melon Development

摘要 以3个甜瓜自交系(HN-001、HN-002、HN-004)为材料,测定其果实发育动态、糖积累成分变化,并进行甜瓜种质评价,为甜瓜品种改良和品质提高提供依据。结果表明:甜瓜果实纵、横径及单果质量呈现慢-快-慢S型生长曲线,不同自交系果实生长速率存在明显差异。发育早期甜瓜果肉中葡萄糖和果糖积累量快速上升,中后期变化不大。HN-002果肉发育初期几乎无蔗糖积累,授粉后25 d,蔗糖积累量急剧上升;而整个发育过程中,HN-001、HN-004两自交系甜瓜果肉蔗糖积累量较少。HN-002甜瓜自交系属高蔗糖积累型,果肉为绿色,果形偏小;HN-001、HN-004甜瓜自交系属低蔗糖积累型,果肉分别呈现白色、橙红色,果形良好。 The dynamic changes of fruit and patterns of sugar accumulation were studied with three inbred lines(HN-001,HN-002 and HN-004) of melon during fruit development,and the germplasms of melon were evaluated,so as to provide the basis for improvement of melon varieties and fruit quality.The results showed that the fruit weight, transverse diameter and vertical diameter presented slow-fast-slow growth curve.The growth rate of fruit was obviously different among three inbred lines.At early stage of fruit de-velopment,glucose and fructose accumulation began to rise markedly in flesh of melon,and then remained steadily.No sucrose was detected in fruits of HN-002 at early stage of fruit development,however,sucrose accumulation increased sharply after 25 d after pollination.In comparison,sucrose accumulation from HN-001,HN-004 retained fairly constant at a very low level throughout development.HN-002 was a high-su-crose-accumulating genotype, flesh colour was green, but fruit was little, whereas HN-001 and HN-004 were low-sucrose accumulating genotype,flesh colours were white and orange-red,the shapes were better.
