摘要
提出了产品服务流的概念,并对液压支架柱窝的功能结构和受力情况进行了分析,建立有限元模型,利用多项式的加载方法实现球形弧面的加载,计算得出了实心柱窝和十字肋薄柱窝的应力分布情况。对比分析结果表明,十字肋形薄柱窝与实心柱窝在载荷一致的条件下整体受力情况基本相同,满足使用要求,优化后的薄柱窝重量降低了约23%,实现了高质量和轻量化的设计目标。
Put forward the concept of product service flow, secondly ,the function of the hydraulic support column nest structure and stress distribution were analyzed, and then the finite element model was established, used the method of the polynomial load to realize the spherical surface load,calculated the stress distribution of the solid column nest and cross stiffened thin column nest. Analysis results shown that the cross stiffened thin column nest and the solid column nest had the same force under the same conditions of load,satisfied the requirements,the weight of the optimized thin column nest decreased by about 23%,achieved the goal of high quality and lightweight design.
