摘要 电机驱动系统是电动轮矿用自卸车的核心部分,而交流异步电机在驱动系统中占主导地位,研究开发先进的异步电机驱动控制系统能够有效提高矿用自卸车动力经济性和安全可靠性。对电动轮矿用自卸车电驱动系统结构进行分析,编写牵引特性计算程序从而为异步电机提供数学模型,基于Simulink环境下对异步电机进行建模,分析了电流、磁链和转矩;同时在Simulink环境下对矿用自卸车电驱动异步电机转子磁场定向矢量控制算法(IFOC)和直接转矩控制算法(DTC)进行了建模仿真与比较分析,结果表明研究结果为此类研究提供理论依据和方法支持,可以应用于设计生产。 The motor drive system is the core part of the mining truck. AC induction motor drive system is the dominated motor propulsion system for mining truck. The high performance of induction motor drive control system can effectively promote mining dump truck ’s dynamic, economic, security and reliability performance. This article is mainly focused on the control algorithm of induction motor drive system. Computer program written to provide traction characteristics mathematical model for induction motor based on Simulink environment for induction motor model, analyze current, flux and torque. Simulink software while using electric drive mining trucks induction motor rotor field oriented vector control algorithm (IFOC) and direct torque control algorithm (DTC) is modeled with a comparative analysis of the results showed that the results obtained in these studies provide theoretical and methodological support, can be applied to the design and production.
