摘要 基于对称布置叶轮多级水泵结构特点及轴向力产生原理的分析与研究;依据传统轴向力的平衡方式,得出了产生该种泵轴向力的原因,并结合应用实际介绍了传统轴向力方法,提出了一种有效地减小和平衡轴向力的结构,应用结果表明:该结构能较理想地解决轮对称布置的多级水泵的轴向力不平衡问题。 Based on discussing and analyzing the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller multistage pump’s structure characteristics and the principle of the produce of the axial force,according to the traditional methods of balance axial force , the axial force’s causation were set up, the structure of a reduced the axial forcewas proposed. Aimed at the applications, the calculating models of the tradition axial force were described. The results showed that the axial force of the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller multistage pump is solved by the structure can basically.
