摘要
采用二维轴对称方程和重整化群k-ε双方程湍流模型,数值研究了一种环缝式引射器的流场结构及工作压力对引射流量和引射系数的影响规律。结果表明:环缝式引射器出流的气流在以管道中央为中心,半径约为0.35 m的范围内速度均匀,而从0.35 m到距靠近壁面这一区域速度迅速增大。在一定范围内,工作压力与工作流量、引射流量均成正相关关系,与引射系数成负相关。
Field of a girth type ejector and the influence law of working pressure to ejecting factor and ejecting volume were numerically investigated using two-dimensional axial symmetry equations and the renormalization group two-equation k-ε turbulent models. The results show that the outflow airflow ’s speed is uniform in pipeline central as the center, with a radius of 3.5 m, and velocity increases rapidly from the 0.35 to the distance near the wall in this regional. In a certain range, working pressure is positive correlation with working flow and ejecting volume, negative correlation with ejecting factor.
