Blocking Analysis of Two-roadway Gangue Exhaust System

针对矸石输送中存在较多碴块堵塞输送道,矸石黏结在排矸溜槽,在溜槽壁滞留起拱的问题,借助离散元分析软件EDEM,分析输送带输送速度、出料角度、矿车参数,矸石形状及黏度对矸石堵塞的影响,选择最优参数组合,有效避免矸石输送过程中的堵塞,提高排矸的效率。

For transporting gangue there are many ballast blocks clogged road transport phenomena in conveying gangue, more gangue bonding to the geometry , blocked road transportation ,with the discrete element method analysis software named EDEM, by simulating the conveyor belt speed, the material point of view, tub parameters affect the shape and the viscosity of the gangue blockage, optimal combination of parameters was selected, clogging gangue transportation process was avoided effectively.
