摘要
针对中信重工58 t焦罐提升板钩吊具多次出现裂纹的问题,重新进行优化设计,在传统理论计算方法的基础上,结合现代设计理念,运用有限元对板钩吊具进行受力分析,验证了理论计算所得结果的合理性;并根据分析结果找出板钩危险截面应力情况,并对该吊具外形尺寸进行优化,受力分布得到明显改善,最大等效应力值降低了30%,提高了板钩吊具的寿命和安全性,降低了生产成本,为今后焦罐提升板钩吊具的设计提供了借鉴。
CITIC Heavy 58 t coke cans lifting plate spreader has been turned up crack too many times, concerning this issue, an optimum design is carried out in this article. On the basis of traditional theory, combined with modern design concept, the force of the spreader plates is analyzed using the finite element method. Then, it verifies the rationality of the traditional methods. Besides, the board hook’s vulnerabilities are found out according to the analysis results. After the optimization of the shape size of the spreader plates, the structure's mechanical condition has been improved clearly, and the maximum equivalent stress value is reduced by 30%. What ’s more, the life and safety of the hanger plate are increased and the production cost is reduced as well. Thus, it provides a reference for future design of coke cans lifting spreader plates.
