摘要 水的特性与矿物油相比有很大的差异,水液压控制阀的气穴现象尤为突出。以水液压锥阀为例,采用CAE软件ANSYS Workbench对其阀腔建立模型,对流场进行了数值模拟,获得了流场压力、速度和湍流能的分布云图。根据仿真结果对锥阀阀口进行了改进,结果显示,改进后的结构明显地抑制了气穴,降低了阀内的能量损失,减小了振动。 The characteristics of water and mineral oil are obviously different, water hydraulic control valve cavitation phenomenon is particularly prominent. Take water poppet valve for example, using the CAE software ANSYS Workbench to build its valve chamber model, the flow field numerical simulation is carried out to obtain the pressure, velocity and turbulence energy contours. According to the simulation results of poppet valve, the structure of the valve port is improved. The results show that the improved structure significantly suppressed the cavitation, reduced the energy loss in the valve and minimized the vibration.
