摘要
在对煤矿刮板输送机刮板的结构进行分析的基础上,通过使用施必牢螺母、闹得牢垫圈的井下使用验证,改进了刮板的连接结构,开发了适用于刮板连接的复合防松螺母,较好地解决了刮板松动的问题。
Based on the analysis of the structure of scrapers on armored face conveyor in coal mine, spiralock nutsand disc-lock washers were applied. The joint-structure of scrapers was improved. And complex loose-proof nuts used on scrapers were developed. The loose-proof problems of scrapers ware solved.
