摘要
对于带式输送机运行中发生的输送带接头开胶撕裂等突发故障,设备管理者需从生产效率、经济损失等方面确定维修方案。将层次分析法和模糊判断理论相结合,兼顾安全性、经济性、可靠性及维修性4方面,实现多种维修方案的评价指标由定性转化为定量评估,明确得出最优维修方案,为设备管理者提供了科学的决策依据。
For the sudden cracking fault of belt connector at the running belt conveyor, engineers need to decide the maintenance program based on productivity, financial losses, etc. Taking into account safety, economy, reliability, and maintainability to transform the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation of different maintenance programs combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory, equipment managers will clearly draw the best maintenance program with the scientific basis for decision making.
