摘要
通过分析横轴掘进机截割减速器斜齿轮传统强度计算方法的缺点,提出一种基于ANSYS的有限元强度计算方法,并以典型横轴掘进机截割减速器斜齿轮副为例进行了仿真对比分析,结果表明该方法可以精确计算出齿轮强度和啮合最劣位置。
Through the analysis shortcoming for classic calculation method for helical gear strength of horizontal roadheader cutting reducer, propose a new finite element strength analysis method based on ANSYS, and using typical horizontal roadheader cutting reducer helical gear pair as an example of the comparative analysis, the results show that the method can precisely calculate the strength of gear and the most inferior position.
