基于局域网与RFID控制的导引车系统研究

摘要 根据煤矿物料运输的特点,基于局域网控制并结合RFID技术,对一种自动导引车系统进行了设计与研究。介绍了局域网控制下的数据通讯结构,完成了导引车系统的硬件与软件设计。将RFID的节点导向功能集于导引车系统,研究了节点数据传输的过程。由直线导引偏差实验的结果可知,该控制条件下的偏差可快速地收敛至平衡状态,增强了导引车系统多目标性与灵活性。 According to the characteristics of the coal terminal transport system, an automatic guided vehicle system is design and researched based on LAN control and RFID technology. The data communication structure under LAN control is introduced, and the hardware and software design of automatic guided vehicle system is completed. The node guiding function of RFID is integrated in automatic guided vehicle system and the data transmission process is researched. Through the deviation testing results, it is known that the deviation can quickly converge to the equilibrium state under the condition. Therefore, the abilities of multi-objective and flexibility are enhanced.
