城市绿地系统规划编制——绿地协调区的构建与控制

Planning of Urban Green Space System——Establishment and Control of Green Coordination Space

城市绿地在满足游憩需求、保障城市安全、提升城市景观、保护生态格局这四个基本功能方面有着重要作用。然而绿地与其周边环境的关系往往不被重视,反而对城市绿地形成负面影响。在深入分析现状问题与实践成果的基础上,着重构建了城市绿地协调区概念体系,将相关建设开发控制内容纳入现行城市规划控制体系,并以控制性详细规划为载体进行控制技术的研究,以期为促进城市绿地与周边用地协调发展及相关实践提供理论指导与实践支撑。

Urban green space plays an important role in four basic aspects： meeting recreation need, ensuring urban safety, improving urban landscape and protecting ecological pattern. However, the relationship between green space and its surroundings has been ignored, which consequently caused negative influence on the urban green space. Based on the deep analysis of the current situation and practical results, this paper focuses on the construction of the conceptual system of urban green coordination space, and brings related construction and development control content into the current urban planning control system. Besides, this paper aims to study on the control technology based on the carrier of the regulatory detailed planning, hoping to provide theoretical and practical directions for harmonious development between urban green space and surroundings as well as related practices.
