The British Institution of Engineering and Technology（lET）is a leading professional academic group in the world engineering technology field, and its IET.tv has constructed the world＇s largest engineering and technology network video resource library. This article studies on the channel settings, content development and production, classification and operation mode of IET.tv, so as to provide a reference for the construction of academic video resource library in China.
