分支机构是全国学会重要组成部分,如何规范发展与有效管理分支机构是学会当前面临的重要问题。本文在调研部分全国学会分支机构的基础上,梳理了全国学会分支机构的类型和内部结构,讨论了其特征,从而给出全国学会分支机构的定义,指出全国学会的分支机构包括分会、专业委员会和学科委员会。

The branches are the basis of the existence and development of national academic society, how to re alize a standardized development and effective management of branches is an important problem to face. Base on the investigation to the branches of national academic societies affiliated to China Association for Science and Technology, the paper reviews the type and internal structure of the branches of national society, concludes the characteristics of them, identifies the type of branches of national society.
