表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成中细胞间多糖黏附素的调控机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来由于医疗植入物如导管、人工心瓣膜、人工关节等的广泛应用以及人口老龄化及免疫力低下人群的出现等因素,表皮葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus epidermidis,SE)导致的生物膜相关性疾病逐年上升,至今尚无药物能有效地控制这类感染。细菌生物膜的形成是一个多基因调控、多因子参与的延续性过程,包括初始黏附、聚集、成熟、脱落四个阶段,而细胞间多糖黏附素(polysaccharide intercellular adhesion,PIA)是存在于细菌细胞表面的多糖黏附因子,在SE生物膜形成过程中的细菌聚集阶段发挥十分重要作用。因此,深入研究SE生物膜形成中PIA的调控机制对治疗SE引起的生物膜感染意义重大。
