广西某综合医院住院医师规范化培训调查

Report on resident doctors standardized training in a general hospital in Guangxi province

[目的]通过问卷调查,了解医院开展住院医师规范化培训的现状及存在的问题,为完善住院医师规范化培训的管理奠定基础。[方法]以匿名问卷的形式,由教学管理人员担任调查员,对86名住院医师进行问卷调查,收回问卷86份。[结果]住院医师对带教方式和态度满意度较高,分别为35%、37%;对待遇满意度较低(3%)。[结论]住院医师培训内容和过程管理有待加强。

Objective To find out current situation and problems of resident doctors training through questionnaire survey so as to lay the foundation for perfecting the management.Methods The teaching management personnel were as the investigators, conducted questionnaire survey to 86 resident doctors in form of an anonymous questionnaire, took back 86 questionnaires.Results The resident doctors were satisfied with teaching ways and attitude（35%, 37%）, the resident doctors of payment was lower （3%）.Conclusions The training content and process management needs to be strengthened.
