摘要
针对机床加工功能均衡分布的车间中某一生产任务的可选制造系统构形数量大而导致最优构形难以设计的问题,提出综合相似性系数法和基于两段邻位对换生成邻域的禁忌搜索算法相结合的构形优化设计方法。建立了以工件运送距离和制造系统构形的包络面最小化为目标的数学优化模型,以加工功能相似性为基础,综合考虑加工时间、加工批量等因素,通过相似性系数法构建工件族,并采用禁忌搜索算法求解数学优化模型。通过实验算例,在MATLAB软件上进行编程仿真,验证了所设计算法的正确性和有效性。
In the workshop with evenly distribution of machining function, aiming at the problem that the optimal configuration was difficult to design caused by huge optional manufacturing system configuration of one task, a con- figuration optimization method which combined similarity coefficient method and improved tabu search algorithm was proposed. A mathematical optimization model was established to minimize the parts handling distance and the area of the minimization rectangles which concluded all the equipment in one configuration. Based on machining functions similarity, similarity part families were constructed by considering machining time and lot size, and tabu search algo- rithrn was designed to resolve the mathematical model. Through simulating a study case in the software Matlab, the correctness and effectiveness of the designed algorithm were testified.
