摘要 为实现数控加工的孔加工低碳化,建立了孔加工过程中包含消耗电能折算的碳排放、刀具折算的碳排放和切削液折算的碳排放的碳排放函数,约束条件包括机床性能参数、钻头稳定性和加工时间,以钻孔和扩孔时的切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量为优化变量。通过在某型号机床试验测得切削功率,拟合出目标函数中的机床空载功率系数和切削加工时转矩修正系数。结合试验数据分析验证所建模型的有效性。运用遗传算法对优化模型求解,结果显示碳排放量减少大约15%。 To realize the low-carbon hole machining of numerical control machining-, the carbon emission objective function model included electric power carbon emission, cutting tool carbon emission and cutting fluid carbon emis- sion was established, which taken machine property parameters, drill stability, machining time as constraints and back cutting depth, cutting speed and feed as optimal variables. To fit model parameters of idle power and torque correction coefficient, an experiment case was performed to measure power of drilling and reaming. The effective- ness of the optimization model was verified with experiment dates. Genetic algorithm was applied to solve the model and the result showed that carbon emissions cut by about 15%.
