摘要
结合当前制造业服务化、社会化以及产品生产组织模式转变等背景,提出一种服务驱动的社群化制造新模式。给出了社群化制造的相关定义,研究了社群化制造开放式服务平台的体系架构和服务逻辑,进而讨论了社群化制造的关键使能技术。结合实证应用案例和仿真运行案例验证了社群化制造理论的可行性。社群化制造解决了制造业新环境下产品的生产组织与运行机理、制造服务资源的社区化自组织、中小型制造服务企业竞争力和议价权提升、网络化环境下企业商务社交与协同等问题,揭示了当前制造业的发展趋势和运行规律。
Under the servitization and socialization background of manufacturing industry, a new service-driven manu- facturingparadigm called social manufacturing was proposed. The definition of relevant terms was clarified. The framework and operational mechanism of open social manufacturing platform were discussed. Furthermore, the key enabling technologies were proposed. Combined with the application of several empirical cases, a demonstrative case was discussed to verify the feasibility and efficiency of social manufacturing. It was showed that the social manufacturing could solve the problems of production organizing and operating, community self-organization of manufacturing service resources, bargain power improvement of small and medium manufacturing service providers, social business and collaboration of enterprises under the new manufacturing environment.
