摘要
鉴于现有装配干涉检测方法仅限于利用包围盒排除不干涉的对象,提出轴向包围盒和方向包围盒的十字相交判断方法,使得基于包围盒即可检测出零件在平移过程中产生的硬干涉关系,从而有效缩短检测时间。利用基于扩展结构的层次包围盒逐渐逼近且紧密包覆几何模型、排除不可能干涉的零件并进行包围盒十字相交判断,可大幅度减少干涉检测的运算量并提高算法效率。基于包围盒十字相交判断与层次包围盒,提出面向零件平移的装配干涉检测算法和流程。在AeroAssem装配设计系统中实现了该方法,通过在装配干涉矩阵生成中的实例验证分析,说明所提方法是有效的和精确的,可广泛应用于装配规划与仿真等设计任务中。
Aiming at the problem that current methods for assembly interference detection only used bounding boxes to filter out the non-interfered object pairs, the methods of cross Axis-Aligned Bounding Box(AABB) intersection and cross Oriented Bounding Box(OBB) intersection were presented, which could use bounding boxes to directly de- termine the hard interference relationships caused by the translating parts, thus the interference detection time could be effectively shortened. Extended structure based hierarchical bounding box was used to approach the geometry gradually and closely and further to exclude the component pairs without possible collisions and implement cross bounding box intersection test, which could reduce the calculation of interference detection largely reduced and im- prove the algorithm efficiency. Furthermore, the cross bounding box intersection and hierarchical bounding box based interference detection algorithm for the translating parts were described. The proposed method was implemented in AeroAssem assembly design system, and a case of assembly interference matrix generation was given to demonstrate its efficiency and accuracy. It could be extensively applied to the assembly planning and simulation.
