摘要
针对机加工三维工艺规划系统对工艺信息进行有效表达和管理的需求,提出以工序间模型为载体实现简便有效表达和管理工艺信息的方法。分析了零件加工过程中的工艺信息,并将其分为静态工艺信息和动态工艺信息;定义了三维工序间模型并确定工艺信息在该模型上的表达方案;利用工艺信息的结构层次关系实现对工艺信息的有效管理,构建了工艺管理器对工艺信息进行组织与存储;将所提工艺信息表达与管理技术集成到三维工艺规划系统中,并以创建零件加工过程中的三维工艺模型为例,验证了所提工艺信息表达与管理技术的有效性。
According to the effective expression and management requirements of Three-dimensional Computer Aided Process Planning(3D-CAPP)system for the process information, a method to achieve to express and manage the process information simply and efficiently by using working procedure model was proposed. The process information of machining were analyzed and divided into two types of static process information and dynamic process informa- tion. The expression solution of process information was confirmed based on working procedure model definition. The process information was effectively managed by using structural level of process information, and the process manager was constructed for storing and managing the process information. The proposed methods were integrated into 3D-CAPP system and a 3D process model that expressed and managed the process information was constructed to verify the effectiveness of proposed process information expression and management technology.
