面向服务的制造系统中制造服务供需匹配研究综述与展望 被引量:19

摘要 鉴于现有的制造服务供需匹配的相关研究尚缺乏统一的概念与研究体系,为促进面向服务的制造系统的发展与应用,对面向服务的制造系统中制造服务的供应与需求、制造服务供需匹配的概念进行了总结;从不同角度将该供需匹配问题分为供需对象匹配、供需数量匹配、单一产品/服务供需匹配、多产品/服务供需匹配、企业供需匹配和系统供需匹配六类;针对供需静态、需求动态、供应动态、供需动态和过程动态五种情况,分别从不同的研究模型和实现方法两方面描述了制造服务供需匹配的相关研究现状,并探讨了未来面向动态环境的社会化制造服务供需匹配的研究趋势。 In view of the problem that the relevant researches for current supply-demand matching of manufacturing service were short of unified system, to promote the development and applications of Service-Oriented Manufacturing (SOM) system, the concepts of manufacturing service's supply and demand and supply-demand matching in SOM system were summarized. This supply-demand matching problem was divided into six kinds of object matching, quantity matching, single product or service matching, multiple products or services matching, enterprise-made matching and system-made matching from different aspects. Aiming at the different conditions of static supply and demand, dynamic demand, dynamic supply, dynamic process and dynamic supply and demand, the relative research state was described from different research models and implementation methods. The research trends on dynamic supply-demand matching of social manufacturing services in SOM system were discussed.
