云制造环境下的生产加工服务监控

Service monitoring of production and processing in cloud manufacturing

为对云制造平台的生产加工服务进行有效监控,在分析云制造环境的生产加工服务监控需求的基础上,给出了生产加工服务的监控过程与监控内容,提出生产加工服务监控的体系框架,重点介绍了实现监控的关键技术,包括物联接入与数据处理关键技术、监控实现机制、监控预测报警技术和异常报警处理技术。通过原型系统实施与应用,验证了所提云制造环境下的生产加工服务监控体系架构和实现方法的可行性和有效性。

To monitor production and processing service in cloud manufacturing platform, monitoring process and content of production and processing service were established by analyzing the requirement of production and processing service. The architecture of Production and Processing Service Monitoring （PPSM） was investigated on focus, as well as several key technologies were introduced. The monitoring mechanisms and policies of PPSM were discussed. The prototype system proved that the architecture and methods for PPSM in cloud manufacturing were feasible and effective.
