摘要
本文采用成人头颅30个(60侧),在手术显微镜下观察了脑血管与三叉神经根的关系,重点观察了小脑上动脉的形态、起始部位及其与三叉神经根段的关系,以及三叉神经根段的有关测量。根据观察结果,结合临床,阐述了三叉神经痛的病因学及其显微血管减压术的临床意义。
The origin and course of the su-perior cerebellar artery as well as itsrelation with trigeminal nerve rootswere observed and measured on 60 si-des of adult head specimens under op-erative microscope.Etiology of trig-eminal neuralgia was discussed.Clin-ical significance of micro-vascular de-compression treatment method wasafforded.
