摘要
不同类型乳腺癌相继出现化疗药物诱导自噬,产生治疗抵抗。自噬对肿瘤的发生具有双刃剑作用,在乳腺癌化疗中,通过与凋亡的相互作用产生治疗抵抗或促进癌细胞死亡两种相反的结果,但也可能与化疗抵抗无关。进一步探索自噬与肿瘤治疗抵抗间的关系和机制将是研究的重点。
The therapy to different type of breast cancer has resulted in chemoresistance which is induced by auto- phagy. Autophagy, to tumor's generation, is a double edged sword, and it can result to ehemoresistance and auto- phagie cell death through interaction with apoptosis in breast cancer chemotherapy. However, autophagy may be unrelated to chemoresistanee. It will be a key research point to further explore the relationship and mechanism be- tween autophagy and chemoresistanee.
