摘要 GROβ是CXC蛋白趋化因子家族成员之一,在炎症反应及损伤修复过程中起着非常重要的作用。研究逐渐发现gro是一种原癌基因,其表达的产物GROβ在血管新生、肿瘤形成转移和肿瘤与免疫细胞的相互作用中起着不可忽视的作用。 GROβ is a member of the CXC chemokine superfamily. It plays an important role in inflammation and wound healing process. As extensive research continued, researchers realized that the gro gene was one of onco- genes. And its expression product, GROβ, was also found to be very important in angiogenesis, tumorigeness, me- tastasis, and interaction between tumor and immune cells.
